UK ORDERS


Orders Over £100 (FREE)

Courier and Service = Royal Mail Tracked 48

Unless a specific date is advised at checkout, all UK mainland orders over £100 are dispatched on a FREE 48 hour delivery service via Royal Mail.

Please Note:

Unless a specific delivery date is advised at checkout, all orders are dispatched within 24 hours and dispatched the same day if the order is placed before 2pm. Although every attempt is made to deliver within these times frames, it’s impossible for us guarantee a 100% success rate.


Orders Under £100 (£3.95)

Express Delivery (Any Order Value)

Royal Mail – Tracked 24 (+ £6.95)

Royal Mail are able to deliver on a next day delivery service. 9 times out of 10 your order will be delivered next working with this service, however due to reasons out of our control, this cannot be guaranteed. 


ORDERS TO EUROPE

It’s important to note that import duties and taxes are the responsibility of Summit customers. Please calculate customs and tax charges prior to ordering.

Orders to Europe are dispatched via Royal Mail, DPD, DHL or Parcelforce, dependant on your location. Orders usually arrive within 5-7 working days, but please allow up to 10 working days, as delivery time varies from country to country.

Shipping to Europe via a reputable company with full insurance is not cheap. When shipping via other cheaper couriers, we’ve experienced shipping times up to as much as 8 weeks, with little or no insurance provided, which means no protection. If you’re unhappy with our shipping prices and you’d like us to ship via one of these cheaper services, please get in touch and we will provide you with a quote.

We are happy to ship via any international courier of your choice, subject to signed delivery disclaimer.

Returns Policy

Returns Of Eyewear and Accessories

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 14 days (in its original packaging with all protective films still attached, freight prepaid) to us for a refund or credit. All returns for refund will be credited immediately upon product return, less any actual delivery and/or assembly charges incurred by us, in getting the product delivered to you. Please note any free-of-charge items received when purchasing the returned product(s), must also be returned, or paid for in full. No returns will be accepted without prior written authorisation from Summit Worldwide.

In order to return your goods, you must contact Summit via email for the relevant return documents. These documents must be completed in full and returns must be received by Summit in the original packaging & must arrive to us in new condition, with freight prepaid.  You must prepay all shipping charges and insure the shipment, or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment, which you will be liable for.

To qualify for a full refund, all returned goggles must be retuned as follows:

  • In brand new condition, unused. (Including Summit Product Packaging)

  • Returned via a trackable service
  • Internal lens films MUST remain attached. Failure to do so will result in a charge, as the lens can no longer be sold as new (See Charges Below)

  • Damaged or marked straps, to include make-up stains, will incur a charge. (See Charges Below)

Failure to return your product as per the above terms, will result in the following charges being deducted from your refund:
Standard Lens (Xpose I, Infiniti, Velocity) = £15
Magnetic Lens (Evolve, Xpose IIs, Xpose II) = £20
Magnetic Polarised Lens (Talisman) = £30
Damaged Strap = £10

We will credit your purchase immediately upon receipt of the returned item with the return documents. Customers should retain the original packaging material in the event of the item being returned to Summit Worldwide. Please note, Summit Worldwide will not accept goods returned that are not in original packaging. Any customer refusing to accept delivery of their order for any reason other than the product being damaged in transit, will be subject to paying the return carriage cost incurred by Summit Worldwide + an additional re-stocking fee of £10.00.
