1. WILL SUMMIT GOGGLES FIT OVER MY PRESCRIPTION GLASSES?

As you can imagine, there are thousands of different shapes and sizes of prescription glasses, so it’s impossible for us to say whether any of our goggles will fit with your glasses until they are tried together. Feel free to grab a pair and try them out, if they don’t work just return them to us for a full refund!

 

2. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN XPOSE II AND TALISMAN?

1. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Royal Mail – Tracked 24 (+ £6.95)

Royal Mail are able to deliver on a next day delivery service. 9 times out of 10 your order will be delivered next working with this service, however, due to reasons out of our control, this cannot be guaranteed. 

Royal Mail – Tracked 48 (+ £3.95)

Our free delivery service, if applicable to your order, is our delivery method of choice. Royal Mail collect from us every day at 2PM and deliver within 3 working days. If you place your order after 2pm it’ll be dispatched the following day.

Both of the above services will be delivered to you by your postman, on your normal daily postal service. They are both fully insured.

 

2. I DIDN’T RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION, BUT THE MONEY HAS LEFT MY ACCOUNT?

This is a question we receive daily due to pesky spam filters blocking our email confirmations. If you haven’t yours, it’s either in your spam/junk folder or you have provided us with an incorrect email address, potentially due to a typo when checking out. Rest assured, if you’ve placed your order it’ll be with you very shortly.
